I look at PvE community and PvP community with totally different eyes. PvE is based on big groups working for a common goal. PvP in Arena is only a team vs. Another team, therefore I do not feel you have to have any kind of a community for Arena games only. It is different story for Battlegrounds, Warplots and what not, but in my opinion arena doesn’t need community like that. Community for arena comes mainly from your team mates, and possibly your PvP guild.
